Refund policy

NOTE:

Items may be returned for a "Credit Only" if the item is unfixable or due to manufacture defect

  • To be eligible for a credit, the defective or damaged item must be photographed and submitted to jewlz2u4u@outlook.com within 24 hours of receipt. 
  • If the same item is in stock, it will be replaced. if not you will receive a credit towards another item of equal value or used towards another purchase
  • Items must be returned to us within 5 days from you receiving the item
  • If you do not follow the instructions, you will not receive a credit 
  • We only accept returns if items are defective, once an item has been worn and/or removed from original packaging it will not be accepted for a return
  • We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your photographs to inform you if approved. Once approved, the notification will indicate the amount of credit you will receive. If a gift card was used, you will receive the credit via gift card
